1.1. All lesson bookings are subject to instructor availability.
1.2. Payment for all lessons must be made in advance via bank transfer at the time of booking.
1.3. Cash payments and payment on the day of lessons are not accepted.
1.4. Block bookings must be paid for in advance to secure the discounted rate.
1.5. Lesson prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
1.6. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
1.7. Bank transfer details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
1.8. Lessons will only be confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
2.1. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for lesson cancellations or rescheduling.
2.2. Late cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests will result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.
2.3. In exceptional circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at the instructor's discretion.
2.4. The instructor reserves the right to cancel lessons due to illness, vehicle problems, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, the lesson will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
3.1. It is the pupil's responsibility to book their theory and practical driving tests.
3.2. The instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of the school car for a driving test if they believe the pupil's standard of driving is not at a safe level.
3.3. Double lesson fees apply for driving tests to cover additional time and travel.
3.4. Cancellation of a driving test appointment by the DVSA is not the responsibility of the instructor.
4.1. Pupils must hold a valid provisional driving licence.
4.2. Pupils must be fit to drive and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4.3. Pupils must wear suitable footwear and clothing for driving.
4.4. Eyesight must meet the minimum requirements for driving.
5.1. The instructor will maintain a valid ADI registration and insurance.
5.2. The training vehicle will be maintained in a roadworthy condition.
5.3. Lessons will be structured according to the DVSA syllabus.
5.4. Regular feedback will be provided on the pupil's progress.
6.1. Pupils are covered by the instructor's insurance during lessons.
6.2. The instructor cannot be held responsible for errors made by the pupil during private practice.
6.3. Any damage caused to the training vehicle through pupil negligence may result in additional charges.
7.1. Personal information will be handled in accordance with current data protection legislation.
7.2. Contact details will only be used for lesson-related communication.
7.3. Progress records will be maintained for training purposes.
8.1. Any complaints should first be discussed with your instructor.
8.2. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to the school management.
8.3. Further recourse is available through the DVSA's ADI enforcement team.
